My life didn't go as planned.

By 27 I was a Senior Manager in London, working in counter terrorism. I worked so hard to get there. After a decade of achievements, I realised I wasn't happy. What a beautiful contradiction.
I lost everything in a series of unexpected tragedies. Now I look back on those losses and see them as the greatest moment of my life. They led me to Bali, to "a dark night of the soul" where I discovered my gifts, my connection to the divine and found true fulfillment in helping others. Everything that had been hiding beneath the life I'd built.
Since 2022 I committed my life to studying all forms of healing modalities and trauma recovery practices. To help women, like me, move through whatever stage of life they are at with clarity, confidence and grace. Many women can get lost in spirituality. With me as your guide - I'll be your anchor. So you can celebrate the deep wisdom of the soul, to enrich and embrace your life's path.
